What isAntioxidant 1010?
Antioxidant 1010 is a macromolecule multifunctional hindered phenolic antioxidant, soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, insoluble in water. No pollution, no coloring, low volatility, good extraction resistance. It is widely used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyformaldehyde, ABS resin, PS resin, PVC, engineering plastics, rubber and petroleum products. It has excellent oxidation resistance to polypropylene and polyethylene. It can effectively prolong the service life of products.
1. Using DLTDP and 168 as auxiliary antioxidants in polypropylene resin can significantly improve its thermal stability. It is one of the most excellent phenolic antioxidants at present.
2. The general consumption is 0.1%-0.5%. With the restriction of environmental protection regulations in developed areas abroad, the original tin-containing products will gradually be over-used to Wuxi products.
3. Non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, good storage stability.
Antioxidant 1010 Usage
Composite antioxidant is a compound of antioxidant PL-10 and antioxidant 1010 or 1076. It contains two main and auxiliary antioxidants. It is widely used in polyolefin, PVC, ABS, nylon, PET, PPO, PBT alloy, polystyrene and other polymer products. It can effectively improve the processing stability, mechanical strength, color stability and transparency of products and prolong the life of products.
Antioxidant PL-10 is a heat stabilizer and processing stabilizer for polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, nylon and other polymers. It has the special function of stabilizing melting index of polymers and can also be used as synergist. It is less volatile than antioxidant 264, and has no tendency of phenolic antioxidants to become colored quinone structure, thus reducing the yellowing index of products. When used in conjunction with antioxidants and light stabilizers, the efficiency of these additives can be greatly enhanced. It is used as a protective agent against radioactivity in PP resin and has special effect. It has excellent synergistic effect with antioxidants 1010, 1098, 1076, hindered amine light stabilizer 770, 622, 944 and so on. PL-10 is the most hydrolytic phosphite.
