Citronellyl acetate Usage
1. Citronella acetate is a food flavor approved in GB 2760-1996. It is mainly used to prepare roses, lavender, apple, banana, apricot and citrus flavors. Also used in mayonnaise, salad dressings and sauces.
2. Citronella acetate is used to make daily fragrances such as roses and lavender.
3. Citronella acetate has a sweet and harmonious aroma in the rose and carnation types. It can be used in small amounts to sweeten sweet-scented osmanthus, lavender, lilac, lily of the valley, lotus and peony flavors. In the non-flower and aldehyde-flavored flavors such as geranium, wind-proof root, vegetarian heart, bergamot, citrus, and dinosaur, it can also impart fresh, sweet and fruity aroma. It can be used in food flavors such as apples, apricots, bananas, grapefruits, lemons, etc.
4. Citronella acetate is commonly used in a variety of artificial flower essential oils to increase sweetness. Other flavors such as rose, carnation, and lavender are also used. The quality is quite stable and will not change color.
